Big Idea 4 focuses on the concept of Natural Interaction in AI, emphasizing the need for intelligent agents to possess various types of knowledge to engage effectively with humans. This includes the ability to converse in human languages, recognize facial expressions and emotions, and understand cultural and social conventions to infer intentions from observed behaviors. Despite advancements, current AI systems still struggle with general reasoning and conversational capabilities, often falling short of even a child's understanding. This document also provides a draft progression chart for educators and invites feedback to improve the framework.
